The others for the artist

"...In the presenting sculptures, the dynamic has been reached without outer accessories, without chatty details and easy spatial effects. As he had used the inner possibilities of the shape and stylistic line, Hristo reached a movement in the solidity, instability in the stability, tension in the calmness. The artistic of this style can be found in the fact that although being dynamic, the figures look calm, refined. These works make the transition to another styles, which Hristo prefer - these of miniature plastics and the jewelers. In these ones, the sense for the refinement, elegance, curious combination of different materials, the movement and the play of the light in camera frames, are expressed even more comprehensibly.

Maria Vasileva - art critic

"....An artist, given by a great artist fantasy, original ideas, rarely-found sense of style, measure and composition, skill of synthesizing the modern style with the traditional forms and motives, however his capability of working in different spheres of the applied art....Hristo Mihailov is especially original in the sphere of jewellery.....The shapes are clear, original, functional and every contemporary woman will like them"  He give us a modern art, in which there are real materials, real taste, real feeling, real measure. With this equilibrium of talent, measure, taste, tradition and innovation, I will not be surprised if I see Hristo Mihailov even in the stage-painting or as illustrator of poem vision. Keep an eye on this artist and expect from him new waterfalls of amazing and original creations!"

Vania Popova - Moroz- art critic

"There are different rolls of this versatile and searching talent. If we stand before his plastics, we could not be nonchalant by the amazing ability of Hristo Mihailov to express mythological subjects, to rush into the endless intellectual and spiritual space of history and historic messages. His plastics carry the symbol of Assyrian-Babylon's culture of the Thrace people and the Proto Bulgarians. .... In the searching for the development of the human spirit in the millenniums. the artist look everywhere for the roots of the Bulgarian man, his sensibility, the Bulgarian mentality and character .... "
